Our account manager has been with the company for over 25 years. After you send
in your initial paperwork, he will be in touch with specific questions about
your application and go over any concerns you might have before getting
started. Thereafter, whether you need to make a simple script change, upgrade your plan, make a change to the on-call schedule or urgent dispatch
protocol... he'll be there for whatever you need. We are a 24/7/365 business. If you
have an urgent need, even after hours, simply give us a call and an operator
